The Calmness of Lavender

Indulge in Lavender Bud Tea

Experience Tranquility with Lavender Bud Tea!

Nestled along the picturesque coastline of Rhode Island, the land captures the essence of the ocean breeze and the soothing scent of lavender fields.

Brewing Instructions

1. Select Quality Lavender Buds:Begin by selecting premium lavender buds.

2. Measure the Lavender Buds:For a single cup of Lavender Bud Tea, measure one teaspoon of lavender buds. Adjust the amount to your preferred taste.

3. Boil Fresh Water: Heat fresh, filtered water to about 195°F (90°C). Lavender tea should be brewed with water that is just under boiling to prevent bitterness.

  1. Infuse the Lavender: Place the measured lavender buds in a tea infuser or tea bag. Pour the hot water over the lavender buds and let them steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Steeping too long may result in an overly strong flavor.

5. Enjoy Nature's Tranquility: After steeping, remove the infuser or tea bag. Your Lavender Tea is now ready to be enjoyed. Take a moment to savor the delicate floral aroma and soothing taste.

6. Optional Sweetening: If desired, you can add a touch of honey or a slice of lemon to enhance the flavor. However, the natural sweetness of the lavender buds is often enough. Lavender is renowned for its calming properties, aiding relaxation and reducing stress. Additionally, it's believed to assist with digestion and promote a restful sleep.

Indulge in the serenity of Lavender Bud Tea and experience the calming embrace of nature's beauty in every sip.
